BIRTHFIT Fitness classes are geared towards women who want to workout safely and functionally while pregnant or postpartum*.
In our classes we will cover better breathing and bracing techniques and how to safely lift odd objects such as sandbags, barbells and kettlebells. These objects will mimic every day movements moms perform such as picking up children, grocery bags, and baby seats.
Each class will offer a balance of metabolic conditioning, strength training, and stability work. We meet every woman where they are at in their motherhood journey and tailor programming accordingly.
Each class lasts 75 minutes.

60 minute consult- $50 in person, $35 via phone
POSTPARTUM ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Individual programming developed for you based on your athletic ability, geared towards rebuilding your foundation and bonding with baby.
Duration: Up to three 75 min sessions per week for 16 weeks. Can be continued if so desired.
Options: 1 or 3 sessions per week
Pricing: Starting as low as $240/month
PRENATAL ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Individual programming developed for you based on your athletic ability, geared towards becoming your fittest self in preparation for childbirth. Will focus on moving in all planes of motion, avoiding extreme trunk flexion. .
Duration: Up to four 75 min sessions per week for up to 38 weeks
Options: 2 or 4 sessions per week
Pricing: Starting as low as $450/month
