This is a workshop to prepare women for an active pregnancy, and an effective postpartum recovery! 1. You can and should train for birth- it could be a 30 hour workout. Do so with professionals that specialize in prenatal fitness. 2. Postpartum lasts FOREVER. So if your kids are 6 months or 16 years, you can still heal your core, and not pee your pants when you jump or sneeze.
